News from The Shanghaiist report that the Tianjin Municipality intends to convert August's blast site into a some kind of eco park.
The death toll reached 161 as of Saturday September 5, and 12 people remain missing.
The blasts were caused by improper handling of dangerous goods at Tianjin Dongjiang Port Ruihai International Logistics, which is under investigation. A government official in the State Administration of Work Safety is also under investigation, according to the International Business Times.
